The above imagery results from a Collaboration between Alexander Schmidt and Lynn Schmidt. It is titled "Anagama: Through the Eyes of the Artist" where each artist was inspired by the creation of art of the other. The anagama kiln is a traditional wood fired kiln developed by the Japanese.

The two also collaborated on a book, "Anagama: Through the Eyes of the Artist".
